Billing

Billing lives in two places:

• Subscription in the sidebar, which opens the Subscription page.
• Your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then Billing.

Start a subscription

Update your card or download invoices

Click Manage billing on the Subscription page. This opens the Stripe billing portal, where you can change your payment method and download invoices and receipts. If a payment fails, the plan chip in the editor shows Payment failed and offers Update payment method.

Buy extra minutes

On the Subscription page, go to Extra minutes and choose a pack. Extra minutes are available on paid plans. See Plans and pricing for pack sizes and prices.

Cancel or resume

You cancel inside Guin, from the Subscription page. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. If you change your mind before then, choose Resume subscription. After a paid plan ends you move to the free plan.

Account details

Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then Manage account, to change your name, email, password, or sign-in methods.

Team plans are set up with you directly. Talk to us to make changes.
